Corporate Business Academy is a professional agile training company that brings an innovative new approach to training for businesses. We offer flexible, modular packages, each tailor made for the individual client.

We offer a full range of training courses centred on Leadership and Management, Sales and Marketing and Finance Skills. Courses can be accredited by the appropriate recognised institute if required.

All our staff have extensive experience of, and continue to be involved in businesses ranging from SMEs through to multinationals. By drawing from their practical experience we ensure that each course is relevant to the needs of the individual client.

Corporate Business Academy adds further value by offering mentoring and coaching activities that can ensure that the skills learnt on our courses are quickly embedded and acted upon in the workplace.

We can bring our training methods to you but we also offer one day and residential courses at our training centre, set in 30 acres of woodland close to Cardiff and the M4.

Working with experienced outdoor activities organisers, our leadership and management courses combine classroom activities with challenging yet inclusive outdoor activities. These add a fun element to the course but, equally importantly, are ideally suited to team leading, team building and developing problem solving skills. Through challenging the individual, these skills are developed more effectively and more quickly.
