Corporate Business Academy

The flexible and innovative approach by Corporate Business Academy means that the courses we deliver give both the business and the individuals the skill sets needed to grow and thrive. Our bespoke courses typically last one to three days and to maximise learning opportunities for the individual we work with small groups, class sizes being typically 8 to 10 people.

We focus on three key areas recognised by leading UK management organisations as key to the success of UK businesses:

  • Leadership and Management
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Finance

Within these areas a wide variety of modules are available all aligned to Institute of Leadership & Management; Chartered Institute of Sales Management; and Chartered Institute of Marketing awards, diplomas and certificates, with the training package being assembled to match the client’s needs. Accreditation to recognised awards is not obligatory but can be offered if requested.

Throughout all the courses our trainers draw on their real world business experience to enhance the theoretical learning with practical hints and tips. This practical approach is carried through into the post-training coaching and mentoring, ensuring that the theoretical skills learnt are developed and applied in the workplace.

Please contact us for more details on the courses we offer.
