Corporate Business Academy works with each individual client to create bespoke courses providing the training which delivers that client’s strategic business goals.
Having worked with the client to identify those goals the training packages are developed and, where appropriate, aligned to the appropriate recognised institute standards. The courses are then delivered either at our training centre or, if required, at the client’s chosen venue.
We do not take a "one size fits all" approach to our clients nor do we do so in our approach to individuals within that client organisation. When we develop a training programme we will, where required, provide a range of courses, some of which will be relevant to any given individual but all of which will be relevant to developing the total skill set required by the organisation.
The focus of all our courses is on developing the skills needed to enable the organisation to manage its current issues and thrive in the future. In delivering the courses, our trainers draw on their extensive, ongoing experience working in a wide variety of businesses to ensure that the theoretical aspects of the course reflect the real world of business. In this way, the learning is made easy to absorb and readily translates to the individual’s job role.
